 GROUP GUIDELINES/RULES: rules edited as of: January 9, 2011  How can I join this group?~ Simple. Just click on the "join our group" button located at the top of this page (in the blue banner going across the screen).  What can I submit to the group?~ Anything, as long as the Joker is in it somewhere.  Can I submit deviations of Harley Quinn?~ Yes, but please submit it to her own gallery folder: "Harley Quinn". Anything is welcome of Harley Quinn (yes, that includes literature, as well). ~ If JOKER is with Harley in the deviation, please submit it to his other folders instead.  How do I submit my deviations?~ Just click on one of the Gallery Folders that's similar to the type of artwork you're contributing. ~ Once you're there, click on the tab "Contribute to This Folder." ~ Please submit your artworks into the right folders. For example, if you have a traditional piece, and try to submit it in the "Digital Art" folder, it will be declined. Is there a limit to how many deviations I submit?~ No, submit as many as you like. ~ With that said, please don't submit loads of deviations in one day. If you do have a lot, try to minimize it to about 5 deviations per day, thank you. Why can't I submit to the "Featured" folder?~ Only myself and any Admins. are allowed to submit to that folder from now on. Can I submit my artworks to the group Favorites?~ No. The favorites are there for members to suggest other artworks besides their own. Basically, you can submit deviations as long as their not yours. ~ The artworks that you suggest have to be Batman related (meaning Joker doesn't have to be in it). ~ Members can submit 2 artworks to the Favorites section per week. Why was my deviation rejected/declined?~ If it was, then it's only of the following reasons: 1. You're not a member to the group. 2. It doesn't have Joker or Harley Quinn in it. 3. You submitted an artwork into the wrong Gallery Folder. 4. It's a direct upload of a moviestill/screencap of a TV show, videogame, etc. Can I submit screencaps/moviestills to the group?~ Direct screencaps of video games, movies, TV shows, etc., are not allowed in the group. ~ Unless it has been "manipulated" in someway that it no longer resembles a screencap/moviestill, then it is allowed to be uploaded to the "Photomanipulation" section of the group. What if I see a deviation in the group that's considered stolen artwork?~ Please note *PinkLover-chan about it with a link to the original artwork and the stolen one for comparison. ~ I'll note the original artist about the problem, and if the artist claims it is stolen work, then the deviation will be taken down from the group, and reported to the administrators of DeviantART. Can I affiliate my group with this one?~ Sure, just send the affiliation request. How can I make the group's icon pop-up in my journal?~ put this- :iconcrazygreenhair-clu b: (be sure to remove the space between "u" and "b"). ) I can't take all of the Harley pictures...and while I love all the other Joker's I'm just sad that this group has turned into this...my apologies for this rant...but I had to say something before I left....maybe I won't make much of a difference...but...I just wanted to tell you all why I plan on leaving...I'm sorry
